1. Rental Agreement
By booking a dumpster rental with schumanhvac.org, you agree to these terms. All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices quoted are for the agreed rental period, dumpster size, and estimated weight. Additional charges may apply for overweight loads, extended rental periods, or prohibited materials. We will notify you of any additional charges before your final invoice.
3. Delivery and Placement
You are responsible for ensuring a safe, accessible, and legally permissible location for dumpster placement. We are not responsible for any damage to driveways, lawns, or property resulting from delivery or pickup. If a permit is required by your municipality, it is your responsibility to obtain it.
4. Prohibited Materials
The following items are NOT permitted in our dumpsters: hazardous waste, chemicals, asbestos, paint, batteries, tires, propane tanks, appliances containing refrigerants, medical waste, or any other environmentally regulated materials. Violation may result in additional fees and you will be held liable for disposal costs.
5. Loading Guidelines
Do not load debris above the top rim of the dumpster. Overloaded dumpsters cannot be transported legally and safely. We reserve the right to refuse pickup of overloaded dumpsters until excess material is removed.
6. Rental Period
Standard rental periods are agreed upon at the time of booking. Extended rentals may be available for an additional daily or weekly fee. Contact us to arrange an extension before your scheduled pickup date.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
